This was for Beate's weekend sketch #44.
Sorry for the bad picture - got to pack it with a present to post tomorrow, and I've been doing wedding cake decorations today as well.
Pretty obvious that it's for a friend who is into Tigger (or tigers, but Tigger it is :-)).
I wanted to do some knitting, because she too knits. I tried it on bamboo skewers from the kitchen first, and persevered even though they were desperately sharp to knit with. Too big, though, so back to my finest needles and some embroidery cotton, and cocktail sticks when I was done. Beate's sketch was great because it let me use the ends of the two colours of wool to write the Happy Birthday. I don't even write joined up writing forwards, doing it backwards was a nightmare. Used Print Pattern to add some texture to the background, and although you can't see it, the yellow panel is faux linen and has a solid floral Hero Arts stamp on it in pale grey. There is actually Print Pattern on the black too, it just doesn't show either in a photo or a scan.
