This was inspired by Tim Holtz's April technique, but it was made for Deb Corder's grunge tag swap. I still think it needs a layer in the back of dark brown or dark green to stiffen up the tag a bit and add some more color, but I took the picture to show the girls and see what they think.
I stamped the rose image from Penny Black, but with the clear embossing all of it does now show. I guess that gives it the grunge look *shrug*. I used dp the color of mellow moss and a bright pink (?close to pink passion) to give it some added color the bottom piece is chocolate chip and a pale (almost pretty in pink) pink color flourish. The golden tag could be used to put someone's name or a date on, and although I am saving this one for me, I think I will stamp the work beauty with my alphabit set instead of handwriting like this one. ;) not the best handwriting there, and the stamp set would probably be more uniform.
Anyway . . . let me know what you think of the design/layout/colors, etc.
TFL!
