I used a border stamp and some masking to create a framed border. The center was cut out using a 12" Fiskars cutter and then the mitered corners, outer edge and frame opening were scored using a Scor-It mini. I wish you could see the dimension, the center is raised up around the frame window and the edges are glued flat to the other layers. I used copic markers to color the main image and the framed flourishes. The frame was spritzed with Perfect Pearls Gold and water for a shimmery finish. Images available from Rubbernecker Stamp Co.

Spectacular! I like the antique finish and the BG stamp is very unique! Very pretty project and perfect for a gift too! TFS, Shel!
