FYI 1: For the polished stone technique: I dropped (SU) dye based ink onto Tim Holtz's felt, added a spot or two of alcohol metallic mixative, and dropped on a few drops of rubbing alcohol. Dabbed that onto the glossy white card stock. Then added a wee bit of alcohol blending solution to the felt material, and dabbed that onto the inked cardstock. For added interest, I sprayed a few squirts of Tattered Angels onto the cardstock; This did not dry readily, so I heated it with a heat gun, and dabbed at the larger pools.

FYI 2: For the diamond shape: I built up 3 layers of gold UTEE onto a square chipboard using Top Boss ink. (Oops, I didn't mention that above! Perfect Medium, or VersaMark inks pads are similar.)
You can then ink your desired rubber stamp with any of the following ink pads: Mica Magic, fluid chalk, Opalite, a dye based, or the Top Boss.
Heat the top layer of UTEE thoroughly, press your inked rubber stamp straight down into the HOT liquidy UTEE, and leave it pressed into the utee until it has cooled down slightly, ~20 seconds. Lift, and voila!
You can rub a colored ink pad over the set utee for more Bamm too, as in Tag 2 of this series.
