Julia (artystamper) is the hostess for this weeks Double Dare challenge. She has dared us to make a card with a clock or a time piece. After looking for a while I found this stamp set...Thinking of Father. I love the vintage collage image with the pocket watch. The image was stamped on Naturals Ivory with Night of Navy ink, some of the images were colored with a bit of ink and an aqua painter to give it a distressed look. The edges were distressed and sponges with Night of Navy. The background and the green panel were stamped with Flannel Plaid background. I bought this plaid ribbon for Christmas but the colors were perfect for the color challenge colors. TFL and have a good evening!!

Very nice! I love a distressed look, and also the hardware! TFS

Joan you are awesome!! First to post the Double Dog Dare and awesome submission at that! Love this stamp, and I love those distressed edges. The Flannel Plaid stamp is one of my favorites too. Great combo. I think Thinking of Father is the only time piece I have too so I may need to case you LOL!!! Lucky me!! ;)
