I Found this cute little image for this weeks Crafty Secrets sketch challenge. The main image is taken from Crafty Secrets Altered Alphabet Booklet. I used a sharpie to make faux thread marks on the buttons. Hope you like it!

Way to go, PammyJo! LOVE this!!!! I don't have any of the Altered Alphabet . . . have to check into that! This is amazingly creative! The buttons are PERFECT and the sunflower . . . {{sigh}} you are just toooo good lady!! LOVE IT! Oh yea, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

LOL - What a darling card, and so appropriate! I always did think my daughter was a bit of a couch potato as a teenager...and I have always called her my little pumpkin (born in October) ;)
Love the colors, and using a sharpie for the button threads was very clever!
