I used glossy photo paper as my bgpaper. I grabbed a ziplock baggie, I cut down one side and the bottom. Then I opened the ziplock like a book. I used my bordering blue stamp pad on one side. I smooshed it all over one side of the baggie. Then I grabbed my bashful blue stamp pad and smooshed it on the other half. Then I closed my baggie.
I used my bone folder and at first went straight over the baggie, then I zigzagged across the closed baggie.
Next step, I opened up the baggie, in a spray bottle, I put red food coloring, I squirted the red food coloring randomly on one side of the baggie. I then closed it up and squished it all together.
Then I put two pieces of my glossy photo paper in the baggie back to back. (glossy side out) I closed the bag, then used my bone folder and zigzagged over the photo paper and I came out with this fabulous creation.
I think it came out awesome considering I incorporated several types of techniques into one. So now we have a new technique called, smoosh, squish, spray.
I mounted the images on lovely lilac, and basic grey. The bird is on whisper white, I used black craft ink and black ep then I used blender pens to create the soft look of the bird.
