This was the home inspiration challenge. My inspiration is my photo storage box from Michael's. I have been laying in bed looking at the picture on the box wondering how to turn it into a card for a long time - glad the challenge was issued. (Just wish I could translate what I see in my head to paper, you know?) I stamped the weathered stamp in River Rock. Then used my SAMJ for the timeworn trim stamp at the top where I used the rock & roll technique with Creamy Caramel and Chocolate Chip. The vase is the pineapple from the DD Fresh Fruit set which I colored with my WC crayons and then water misted (WT159). I then colored in the darker areas with WC pencils & used a blender pen to soften them a little bit. I sponged the lower part of the card in More Mustard. You will see that there is also Rose Red sponged on as well - I did that after I thought I was finished 'cuz I wasn't completely happy with it. I used the twiggy-looking baby's breath spray stamp from some SU wedding set from '97 (unlabelled hand-me-down) in both mellow moss marker and WC crayons (purples and greens) to fill in the flower area. Flowers are from Cottage Rose and stems are from WC Garden sets. I used More Mustard on the ribbon on the HPH inspired by the handles of the box not shown in pic. Thanks for looking!
