Thanks, Roxie, for another great sketch challenge. This one took some definite thought and planning. Since I am such a Nervous Nellie with mixing patterned paper, I decided to challenge myself in that way, too. Here was my thought process {cue my voice}:
1. Hmm, how about trying the *out of the box* technique with the Baroque Motifs background stamp. Yes!
2. OK, lay all of your patterned paper out on your craft room floor.
3. Yes... paisley. What will go with that? Who cares, let's stamp and clear emboss!
4. Now, let's see... 1.5 inches...
5. {various workds that should not be spoken when trying to cut around the tiny elements in that stamp... don't want to offend anyone}
6. Hmm, now I really don't know what paper I want to use. Eew, ahh, ohh!
7. {Tape, tape, rip, rip, tape, rip}
8. {Poke, poke, poke}
9. Enough already, post it!
So, here you go. Lots of specs can be found on my blog, but my inner thoughts are only found here for you, my SCS sisterhood. Thanks for checking it out!
