Jan Tink (may she live forever!) made a magnificent photo album with this design. I loved it so much I cut it down so it could be a regular A-2 card. I used Juliehrr's purse "concept" to get the purse shape -- measure in 3/4" on either side of card (I did this on the fold) and trace a line from there down to the bottom corner. Cut away that triangle shape on both sides. For the purse flap, cut out a 3 1/4" circle of DP and layer it on top of a 4 1/4" circle of card stock. Then cut layerd circles in half to use on 2 purse cards. Use corner rounder to make scalloped edge. The ribbon attaches by pushing thru slits in fold. I covered the ribbon ends up with a lighter layer of CS inside the card upon which I had printed the computer generated words "Purse-onally, I think you are the best!"

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
Thank you for this great idea. This card is so easy and fun to make. It is just the type of card that I have been wanting to design. I have been hording SU designer paper for years and now I am having a ball with these cards. You made my day. Chris from Kennebunk, ME
