Wow, this is gorgeous -- I love the addition of the Wonderful Words.
I think it's a variation of Joseph's coat. You ink the brayer (spectrum pads are good for this) then run it over glossy paper. In this case I think she then stamped the words. Then, you take the flower image and stamp it in Versamark, and emboss in clear EP. Then you take the (clean) brayer and ink it with the black, and brayer over the clear embossed image. This will resist the ink and allow the bottom layer of color to show through. Neat, huh? If you search "Joseph's coat" you'll find lots of gorgeous examples!

Thank you for the compliments. This is a variation on Joseph's coat. First I randomly brayered different color of ink onto the cardstock, then I stamped the words in black ink. Next I stamped the flowers in versamark and embossed with clear EP. Then instead of brayering with black ink I used old olive and brayered over everything. I then wiped the ink off the embossing. Really very easy and fun.
