 | | The charm on the far left is iridescent and a bunch of the other pieces on the bracelet are shiny, which made me think of polished stone. I hadn't done this technique in a long time and it's one of my favorites. I just love the look of it and I've tried it with quite a few color combinations.
I did the background with Perfect Plum, Pale Plum, and Mellow Moss re-inkers...I think silver would have looked good on there, but I almost never use the metallic inks with this technique because they won't dry and they don't take up enough embossing powder to get rid of the problem that way. I think it's still a pretty technique even without the metallics. |
