This was made for the technique lover's challenge today. Only I don't own a cuttlebug, but I do have those fiskars texture plates, so I inked up the swirl plate, and then dry embossed the paper on top. That became the navy frame around the image panel.
I just bought a brayer, so I couldn't resist using that to create a watery scene for my mom's birthday card. She loves the ocean, so I hope she'll like this card! It was a definite challenge for me! TFL.

Wow, good for you finding a way. The colors are deep and rich on your beautiful card. Way to play with the brayer. I'm sure your mom will be very impressed.
