I used SU dp to make a star origami box from a book on origami i had found buried in a pile of other stuff. I thought they turned out really cute! I love the green one.

ok, here's the directions, straight from the book (I used a full 12 x 12 sheet):
1. hold the paper in a diamond shape (pointed corner to top/bottom) Fold the paper in half into a triangle shape.
2. Fold in half again.
3. Spread out one side from the inside and fold by pressing down. (this will make a diamond shape facing you with a triangle pointing out to the bottom right.)
4. Turn the paper over. swing the (triangle point) to the opposite side.
5. Spread out from the inside and fold by pressing down. (you should have a square with the points up. The opening will be at the top and the bottom point should be closed.)
6. Fold the (side) points (on the top part of the square facing you) to the center line.
7. Open the sides by sliding your fingers inside and flatten. (this will look like and upside down diamond shaped kite).
8.Turn over and do the same for the other side.
9. Fold the top left layer to the right. Turn over and repeat.
10. Fold the edges of the top layer to the center line.
11. Fold other edges in mountain folds to the back.
12. Fold the top point down. Turn over and repeat.
13. Fold the left side to the right. Turn over and repeat.
14. Fold the top down once more, turn over and repeat.
15. Gently pull the points out, push out and flatten the bottom from the inside.
(i added a little glue to keep the flap down on all the sides.)
Here is a website with step by step directions and pictures. I got mine from Origami by Makiko Ikeda (Mud Puddle Books, Inc.)

Good luck! I would love to see other people's designs with different double sided papers. Even though it's the same design, the different papers (and which side you make the outer/inner) makes a difference. I'm sure embellishments and things could be added too.
