This is an altered lunch tin that I will be doing at an upcoming class. I have always wanted to try this but have hesitated because I am, well, mod-podge challenged. I usually end up gluing myself to my paper and nothing works right, but I finally figured out how to do it with my 4-year old leading the way.
The tin is covered with the Ginger Blossoms DSP and then decorated with both the Groovy Guava and River Rock double-stitched ribbon. For the class we will be making a set of 6 card dividers and 12 recipe cards to get everyone started. The cards were made with two layers of mats and vanilla cardstock that got swiped with groovy guava ink. It really struck me how dark it appeared against the Ruby Red cardstock, both in person and in the pictures.
Overall this was a pretty quick project once everything was cut out, and I look forward to making more of these in the future. Thanks for looking!
