It was so fun to make my own wedding invitations. The lovely lilac back ground was dry embossed using the cuttlebug swirls. The bride and grrom were stamped on white card stock mounted on bliss blue. I painted the groom's suit bliss blue and left his head bald, like my husband which he thought was too cool. I painted with lovely lilac on the bride tracing the lines along the fold of her dress and the bottom of her veil and hemline. The vellum was printed with the computer, embossed, and then trimmed along the line of roses. These were mailed in clear envelopes. Everyone loved them because they were so unique and special.

What a beautiful wedding invitation! The colors are so pretty together, and I love the embossed roses on vellum and the white organdy ribbon - so elegant! (And what a cute idea leaving the head bald.) Very nice work, and such a nice way to personalize a wedding invite!
