This is a birthday card I made for my husband. He owns his own tropical fish store, so I can't go wrong with fish cards! I made it look like the view out a porthole into the ocean! It turned out really well, and he loved it. Would also be a great kid card (my husband is just a big kid anyway...)
I used various sized circles to punch out the portholes. Stamped Palette Ink New Canvas on acetate for the bubbles, used my Crop-o-dile to dry emboss 'rivets' around the porthole windows.
