I got the inspiration for this card from fellow SCS Jenny Moors...she had a card posted on her blog (which I check daily). I changed the colors a bit...made them a little bolder. I used my cuttlebug to emboss the bottom layer, used my rectangle Nestabilities to cut the next 2 layers. I also used my hand punch from SU to punch tiny holes in top layer. I had a few packages of plastic rhinestones from Spirit sticks for my daughters cheer squad, those went on the cupcake and the ribbon was from a spool I bought at Hobby Lobby. I also used ticket corner punch for the cuttlebug layer...this was a fun card to make. Now if I can part with it to give to someone...maybe I'll save it for awhile.
