for several days now, i've wanted try to curve one of the fences from the saltbox studio for a hilly field card and i finally made time to play with the idea. one of the best things about clear stamps is that you can bend the stamp and stick it to the block that way, creating a brand new look. to get the right shape of the hill, i stamped the fence a second time on the green paper and cut with pinking shears just below it--voilá, perfect match! i added the green staples for a little grass detail to meet the "design staples" challenge! i forget all about those cute staples--and probably lots of other great design elements hiding in my studio! see my blog for more details...
