Heart black embossed on white paper, then painted with Making Memories Red Acrylic paint. Used a babywipe to remove the paint from the black embossed parts after the red dried. Then I embossed with several layers of Clear EP to give it an deep glossy shine. Added the three mini crystals for some bling. Black embossed Happy Val Day on Vellum. Outer vellum edges I used my scallop scissers (remember all those scissors!!!) and then punched the holes with my Japanese Screw Punch, not as tedious as it looks. The ribbon is dollar bin Mike's! I thought it matched perfectly, glad I got two rolls!
