This is for Jen's leftover challenge. Remember when the finest stores all had fabric departments? My leftover ponders just that! I've had these pieces cut for months and just wasn't feelin' the luv, until I dug out my 12x12 scrapbox and thought, now's the time! I began with no name CS which I stamped with CHF weave backgrounder in tattered rose, only I hadn't cleaned it very well and left over walnut stain co-mingled...I'm glad it did as it has the perfect contrast. I used a portion of the MM noteworthy spiral paper from the SC card, and leftover ribbon with I cut in a sort of scallop pattern. I embossed just the blossoms of the primroses and popped the flower. My pattern friends (SU) were stamped on double mates paper in Versacolor black and ep'ed. Now I love how this turned out and will send it to my mother, who was the finest seamtress I ever knew!!! Thanks for looking and remembering
Edit: I am sorry for the dark image, I have my new camera and it is having me!

oh Susan your Mom is gonna love this one. those ladies are so *Donna Reed*, I just love them. I wanted to be Donna Reed when I grew up untill womens' lib told me to burn my bra and be liberated! Teeeheeeheee, I am sure I am better off being part Homer Simpson, part Roseann, rather than Donna Reed! Ohhh, I hijacked my own comment, anyway I love your card and I loved hearing how it all came together.
