This card was made for the VSN Nail Polish, Mud MASK and Polish challenge. I bought this set when it retired because my daughter works in a salon and it's so perfect for her (she never goes anywhere without the makeup), but I hadn't used it yet, so this was fun. I did a lot of masking for this card. and some embossing. The only thing I regret is I didn't look at my background papers first, so I ended up creating my own floral background with was a bit tedious. One small thing you may not be able to see because it's subtle is that I inked my perfume bottle in gold ink and then used black powder on the bottom and gold on the spray part and where the black powder was used the gold ink lifts through it slightly to give a speckled gold quality to the black embossed image. I discovered this by accident years ago and it's very cool! I used the Versamarker on the top of the lipstick and the bottle portion of the nail polish and then used clear EP to give it a sheen. I used the silver end of the Zig Painty to create a mirror in the compact and the gold end to accent the lipstick and brush.
