Ok, so y'all can get your chuckle for the day, yes, I did use a Target gift card as the centerpiece for this card. But it was a cute gift card and the colors work for this week's color challenge. And it was such a gloomy, cold day here that the colors just looked like spring to me. Even though, as I speak it is snowing outside.
Anyway, I didn't do a whole lot of stamping on this; just a little on the rose layer and a little on the sage card front. I drilled thru the gift card (to cover up the logo) and placed flowers and a big rhinestone brad. I added a layer of the rose c/s and then the paper part of the gift card that looked like a continuation of the card.
It's layered to more rose c/s with dots of white souffle pen then to apricot. I added a little stickles to the gift card and to the printed dp (DCWV spring stack from a couple of years ago). I added a few tiny strips of each color on top of the edge of the vellum quote to hide the adhesive. I made a little tab like doodad and stuck a daisy on it. TFL

Very cool! I guess I need to get out more...did not recognize the target gift card! Anyway...I love the papers you paired with it, and the flowers are just perfect! Great card!

I don't even know what to type right now...this is phenomenal! What an awesome idea to use the gift card!! I didn't even realize it was one until I read your description...I was about to pm you to find out where I could get that stamp!! LOL!! This is really wonderful! TFS!!
