I'm not sure how crazy I am about this card. The ribbon is definately not my style but I wanted to reach far, far, FAR out of my comfort zone and I definately did with this one.
I used the Joseph's Coat technique for the background on this card. Mellow moss and brocade blue were brayered/sponged before embossing the background stamp and covering with black. The brilliant blue piece was "dry embossed" with a crop-a-dile (can you see the little dots?) and distressed with the distressing tool. I stamped the ribbon with "kind" from brocade basics but it didn't come out very well since I don't have staz-on ink so I retraced it with a black marker. I stamped the tag with the word cherish and sponged the edges with close to cocoa.
