I took liberties with SallyÂ’s sketches for my two pages, but her designs definitely inspired my pages and I basically followed her layouts. I skewed my photos for a light-hearted look and reversed the right and left pages. I used the border along the bottom and allowed the flowers and leaves to take the place of her vertical lines. My title spans the top of both pages rather than just one.
I cut out several of the flowers from a separate piece of dp, and popped them up on dimensionals; cut out and popped up all the *Priceless* butterflies too. The leaves on the dp were originally outlines only and I wanted more color, so I used Old Olive chalk to fill them in. I also added lime stickles here and there. The title is stamped (SBDD07). I created the scallops with my slit punch. The journaling uses a computer font and is printed on vellum attached with adhesive on the ends and flower brads.
