Actually, if I could give this a "20," I would! What a clever design, and extremely well executed! WOW++!! How did you do the fake birch?? Awesome, there is no other word for it!

Thank you Becky - here's the part you are really going to like - go outside and find a birch tree that has peeled and pick up the bark. Voila - you're done :d I love to look around me to find things to stamp on - and nature give's us wonderful things. Have fun!

Don't know how I missed this when it was first posted! It's beautiful. I live in New Hampshire where there are plenty of birch tees. Guess what I'll be doing later on today!

Thank you for the compliment - I was so disappointed when this set didn't make it into the new catty. If you look really closely you will see that I tied it down with hemp - I also used the mini glue dots underneath the layers - you really can't "press" it per say because it would crack and break, but I found that some breakage just added to the natural look. Have fun trying new things to stamp on!
