Using my L-Em.com Ribbon Punch (www.franticstamper.com) I created a border in some light weight card stock. I didn't use SU! card stock because these punches just can't cut through the thickness, but I love the look because I was going for something elegant on the outside. Using my Spiral Bouquet set from Papertrey Ink I stamped on the turquoise paper with Soft Sky in a random fashion. Doing the same thing with the same ink, I created a background for the sentiment, which is from the Paper Tray set. I used dimensionals to put the turquoise paper up from the white so that you could see the detail of the ribbon punch.
To finish it off, I added some self-adhesive pearls that were given to me by a stamping friend (waves at Marilyn) and a rhinestone center to the flower by the sentiment.
