Well, I guess I've had my 15 minutes of fame and have now moved on to demonstrating what not to do! First, don't loan out your best stamps unless you are SURE you are not going to use them; second, when you try to use a sponge dauber to make a bush, you will likely end up with a bush that looks like you made it with a sponge dauber!; third, sponge daubers do not make for very good gravel roads!; fourth, too much of a good thing, usually really is too much - I have way too many birds on the left side of this card! I do like how the clouds turned out though!

I really like the colors on this. Actually, I like this whole 'soft' effect that you got with the daubers. Not way too many birds -(maybe you could take out one, but it really looks fine.).

lol you had me spitting pepsi with this post! you're being too hard on yourself, especially about the daubers. i think your bush and gravel road are fine and you might be right about the birds but i never would have thought that unless you mentioned it first. and you're right about the clouds...they're specTACular!

Having just gotten a new computer, complete with new plasma flat-screen monitor, I certainly hope that you were able to turn your head before Pepsi (yuck - Coke is WAY better!!) got all over your monitor and computer! I had just loaned out most of my good stamp sets to a neighbour who was finishing calendars for Christmas, so, out went my Nobel Deer set, my Itty Bitty Backgrounds...and too many to name that I would have used.
Actually, this card has kinda grown on me since I made it! Unfortunately, I still haven't gotten my stuff back to try again!
Thanks for making me smile with your post - I'm always glad to oblige!
