From the first second I saw this on Beate's blog and here I KNEW I wanted to make this for my family !!! It's an EXACT copy of Beate's (I'm not messin' with her perfection ...it was time intensive but I know we'll love using this year after year. Thank you SO MUCH BEATE for taking the time to create this tutorial.
Quick Question...any suggestions on a candy that will fit in these tins (I have 5 kids so it will need to be quite small).

i loooove it! wow! I'll bet that did take a long time and your family is definitely sure to enjoy it! Now you have a new Christmas tradition - how fun!
I took one look at that tutorial and LOVED it! I think I will make it during Christmas break. For a suggestion for inside...I saw on Michelle Wooderson's blog the idea of using little pieces of paper rolled up inside that your kids could use for "time alone with mom/dad", "game night", "pick your favorite dinner/dessert". I thought of those tiny SnoCaps or funny flavored Jelly Bellys. You did a great job!
