I couldn't find a catagory for this technique. This card is a card I made sometime ago and Radiant Pearls is something you don't see very often anymore. Infact, I don't even know if the product still is on the market. The stamp is from Stampa Rosa. I used black embossing powder and embossed the image, then painted with several colors of Radiant Pearls. The look is very stricking in person, however, my photo does not do it justice.

This is so pretty! Love that stamp image. You're right, you don't hear about radiant pearls anymore. I have them, of course Had to have them, not sure why and really haven't done much with them but they do leave a beautiful shine so I'm sure your card is more gorgeous in person!!

The flowers look 3-D. I think radiant pearls must be like the pearl-ex, no longer available either, unfortunately, but that doesn't mean we can't use it and enjoy it for our own card making. Love it. Keep up the good work.

I bet it's stunning because it's beautiful in the picture! I don't know what radiant pearls are but the effect is very rich! And that image is just so pretty! Another fabulous card!
