This is for my friend's Lisa's b-day and for this week's Ways to use it challenge (WT139) and Inspiration Challenge (IC101).
The scallop is made out of velvet and I outlined the scallops with Not Quite Navy SU! marker and then with the stardust pen. For the velvet flower above the Birthday Wishes sentiment I used the Three for You Punch and added a pearl from the Pretties Kit.

I love how you used these stamps! I've had them a while but, not used them and this really shows how versatile they are. So cute w/this layout and the colors. Looks like fun fabric or something cute you'd have around your home to cheer you up. Perfect for a Bday!
