I found this plain porcelain heart ornament at Michaels for $1. I first stamped the image with stazon ink, then used matt clear spray to seal and give the slick surface some 'tooth.' Followed up with chalks and markers to color the background and the image. Sprayed again to seal. Added glitter to the snowmen and snowflakes, a holly embellishment and ribbon to hang.
It was a bit time consuming, but I think the results were worth it -- what do you think?

What do I think? I think it's adorable!!!! I have some of those slick porcelain ornaments that I found at Hobby Lobby many years ago and thought I could stamp but alas, they were too slick. Now I know a "slick trick" to make it work! Jan
