You know, if you ever get any flack from anyone for spending *alot* of time stamping/creating a silly card, you can take solice in the fact that there are so many *good things* that come out of the whole process besides the cute card you just made...ok, here's my line:
While working on this card for the featured stamper challenge, I ran into a couple of roadblocks, or as we stampers call them, creative blocks (or something like that!). Instead of tossing the card or NOT uploading it bc it wasn't *just right*, I challenged myself to be *ok* with a less than perfect card, and to actually talk myself into liking my less-than-perfect card. I don't mean settling for less, I just mean that we're only human for Pete's Sake, and those less-than-perfect cards are sometimes the most heartwarming cards in the end.
And, in the end, our most wonderful friends are those who love us in spite of our less-than-perfect selves...
Sorry for so much chatter...as some would say, "Get a blog!". Ü
JPMayo---love your gallery and your avatar; I've always thought you were one-hot-mama (as Trace Adkins would say)! Here's the card I used from your gallery, changing colors, stamps and using ribbon in place of the striped designer paper. You are one hot mama: ~Pink Snow~ by jpmayo at Splitcoaststampers
