We altered pop-top Mandarin orange cans at our stamp club. We used a safety or side-cutting can opener to remove the bottom "lid," which left no sharp edges on either part. After decorating the can, tying ribbons to the pop tab, and stuffing it with Hershey's Kisses, we glued (using SU! Crystal Effects) the bottom back on. The gift recipient then gets a "canned" gift!
