WT135 Dashing Tree, Snow Globe by summerthyme64 at Splitcoaststampers
I used a small fruit snack can covered with DSP for the base. Stamped the images in Stazon ink onto clear acetate, colored with Sharpies & cut out leaving a tab at the bottom to fit in the ornaments opening. I added some Stickles for sparkle & let dry. Remove the ornament hanger, roll up the image & insert this into the globe, place either a mini glue dot or some sticky tac inside the opening at the curved edge for the acetate image to rest on & stick to. Add some faux snow inside & place the ornament hanger back on. I used some punches on the top of the globe along with half back pearls from the Pretties kit.
I adhered the globes to the cans with a few mini glue dots along the edge. Tie ribbon around the can & wahlah, you're done! |
