Here is my submission for Challenge # 4 for the Mini VSN. Katherine did a great job of challenging me and making me go outside of the box. I even used a label holder and I never use those. (I see everyone else use them and they look so great...) I know I've got all the layers and embellies.....I hope I have enough colors. I think I do....
The DP on this project is from my Basic Grey Perhaps 6x6 pad. There are several colors in the DP plus I used Stampin Up CS in Close to Cocoa, Sage Shadow, Blush Blossom (and if I need it to count as a color- Glossy white!!)
The main image was colored with markers in Sage Shadow nad Blush Blssom then accented with Rose Red (ya- another color!) Then the sentiment was stamped in Black Staz On.The layers were sponged with close to Cocoa.
I am not sure about the layout- this is the first square card I have made (I have seen so many beautiful ones here that I had to try it). I don't even have an envelope for it- which doesn't matter- I won't be sending it to anyone since I accidentally glued the back of the card to my scrap paper! AAAHHH!!
This card was a blast to make- thanks to the VSN Coordinators for giving me a Girls' Night Out!

You totally NAILED this challenge, Sherry! I love that DP, I love your layout, your label holder, your embellies ~ all of it! Isn't it amazing how you incuded all that stuff and it doesn't look too busy at all?! Thanks for playing! (BTW, did you really glue this to your scrap paper?)

Sherry, it's hard to believe this is a "first" anything! Your expertise is so evident! I just adore this card....it's totally elegant and moving, without being too busy. I don't know how you did that given the challenge to use so many materials!!! Anyway, congratulations. This is truly inspiring! ORly00
