I needed a birthday card for my father-in-law so I thought this color challenge would be great for this. I sponged Basic Gray ink on the print pattern BG to make a light background. I ran my black gingham ribbon across river rock ink pad to color it. I found this broken button on the floor last night, and it was kind of black and gray so I decided to use it. I found this piece of textured basic gray cardstock already cut on my desk. The image is watercolored with watercolor crayons. He's into buildings and architecture, so I think he will like it. Thanks for looking!!
