SC143 Cheer for Maddy

My submission for SC143.
I used an old set, Puppy Love as this RAK card will be sent to Maddy Mason who loves dogs. I hope she likes it.
I also used retired DP- SU Petal Patch which I just love (and hoard). It has two of my most favorite colors- Bashful Blue and Certainly Celery!
