Cards used in teaching measuring, cutting and scoring. I gave each person a 12x12 sheet of basic black CS and had them cut it in half, then one of those pieces in half, then scored one of those pieces in half (I kept the remaining pieces for other projects). Showed they can use the scoring blade, dry embossing tool or bone folder to do the score. Then had them cut the 8 1/2x11 piece of white CS in quarters. Took one of these pieces and cut at 2 3/4" to stamp greeting and then adhere inside of card. Took remaing white CS and stamped the cauldron and cut out. Had them take the scrap pumpkin pie CS, stamp the greeting, cut with cutter, round corners. For my classes I usually have everything pre-cut and what I've realized is that those who aren't using their products at home have really forgotten how to make a card from scratch (without everything pre-cut for them). I used the Haunting Halloween set to sell the Fall Frenzy promo.
