I wanted to make a "fantasy flower" out of NON-flower stamps. To do this, I stood in front of my stamp rack and just closed my eyes and chose. The first choice was By Land...Nope, no way I could make a flower out of those...And I took 3 minutes trying to come up with ANYTHING that might work!LOL!
My second "blind" choice was Simply Said. Yes, I could work with that! I took the outlined heart, stamped it 10 times in VersaMark and embossed in Gold on Glossy. I used re-inkers to color it in. The leaf is from With Gratitiude. The center is from Simple Delights. The pearl is from the Pretties Kit.
I curled the "petals" with my bone folder to get them to stand up.
I'm sending this to my son's Cub Scout Den Leader. She seems to be very busy with "little extras" that, in the long run, just don't matter. She needs to stop, and smell the roses! It's our den joke!

Well, I really liked the first one too; Your flower looks great on both. (and as a cub scout leader myself, give your den leader lots of feedback. With little boys it can be hard to tell what they are enjoying or expect to get from cub scouts. I know I just don't want my Tigers to get too bored with it.)
