The VSN challenge is to use the same main image in the background. My second smaller flower is the same image that didnÂ’t stamp completely so rather than throw it out I just cut it in half and I like how it turned out.
This goes together quickly if you choose easy to cut images and that leaf cut out in about three second.
The flowers are colored with re inker and artist brush. The leaves were colored with a marker to speed up the process.
Sponging was done on the white panel edges.
The little hearts are a punch out that I glued to the card. A long straight pen works great with a touch of glue to pick them up.
The image panel is raised with foam squares. The large flower is raised with two small pieces of cardstock glued to the back and smaller flower has one; this makes it easier to place the leaves under it.
Leaves and flowers attached with tacky glue.
If the challenge allowed I would use speckles in place of the sponging but IÂ’m a true to the challenge kind of gal!!!
Thanks for looking and thanks to Peggysue for the fun challenge!
