Just got home from the doc...I have a 'bad' case of broncitis....is it possible for bronchitis to effect a person's creativity...I hope that is the only reason. Anyway, I keep attempting to create, hoping something wonderful will 'pop' out. In the meantime, I found this beautiful piece of pattern paper in my 'stash' and wanted to try and make it the main focus of a card...it is so pretty all by itself...well to me it is. So, I made this card as a thank you for my sister...who sent me 2 beautiful sets of beaded jewelry she had made. I stamped the pattern piece with the linen bg stamp using very vanilla craft ink...I think I should have done that to the stamped flower as well. I stamped the leaves directly to the pattern paper, after stamping off one time. The edges of the papers are sponged. I like this card ok..but I don't think the 'wild rose' set was the best one to use...but nothing else I had on hand seemed to work any better, so I just left it the way it is. What should I do to make this card better, make it more 'elegant'...any suggestions...they will be appreciated!
