I had so much fun watercoloring this image and hope you enjoy looking at it. I was determined to use some cardstock and Hodgepodge Hardware that I've stored up. I'm sure you can relate, right?
The base of the card is a piece of blue textured cs I found in the sale bin at The Paper Zone. Sorry, but there wasn't a manufacturer listed on the back of it. If I had to guess, I'd say Bazzill. The next layer is Marigold Morning cs that I stamped with my Canvas background stamp in Marigold Morning ink. I used the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig for the sentiment in Brocade Blue.
The main image is stamped on watercolor paper and layered on True Thyme and that blue textured cs. I used a bunch of different ink pads to do the watercoloring with my Aquapainter. Just remember to start light and then shade things in.
So, tell me what you think. I'd love to hear from you.
