Just take your envelope, decorate with wheel or stamps and fold in the sides so they meet in the middle. Then cut off the sticky portion of the flap as well as the flap portions of the two sides you folded in. Cut the remaining flap postion on an angle as shown in the picture. Place ribbon between cardstock mat and envelope. I matted the peice of cardstock slightly larger than the folded envelope. Embellish and tada! The matted embellishment on the front of the giftcard holder is attached only to the flap.
I hope this helps... It as a really quick and easy project.
