I picked up "Boatloads of Love" last night, couldn't wait to make my first card with this stamp set. I'm making this card for my husbands father who has been diagnosed with lung cancer.
Main card is Night of Navy then bravo burgundy. The DP is Potter Palmer Collection "Seascape". The tugboat is coloured with Not quite navy & bravo burgundy. I lightly water coloured the lighter colour on the boats. Coloured the windows with yellow pencil crayon. I put eyelets where the round windows are & backed it with barley banana paper. I stitched the ropes on the life preservers with black thread. the dingy is tied to the tugboat with grey string. Both boats are up on dimensionals. I layerd the waves & curled the edges down, also up on dimensionals. I made the clouds & wrote We're on it. The other clouds, the words were individually inked & stamped out & the clouds drawn around them. I also added a little colour to the sky, pretty in pink & bravo burgundy for a sunset effect. And of course you have to have some seagulls while at sea... I pierced all around the outside of the burgundy matt....

Wow, the coolest one yet with this set. I think I will be ordering it. Prayers will be said for you father-in-law. My dear friend beat this terrible disease. It can be done. Lot's of prayer, great doctors.
