I love Abundant Joy and I love the sparkle of beads...so I combined them! The main image is stamped in Black Stazon on to Whisper White CS...colored in using Aqua Painter and ink from ink pads..and then I went over some of the areas with Prisma Color Pencils to give more depth in color to some of the areas. I then Masked the flower and stamped the En Francais Background image very lightly...I stamped off twice, and probably should have only done it once, but wasn't going to start over. After sponging the the background, I covered the image with versamark, poured on the heat and stick and once that was melted, added the beads and reheated quickly to set it again. I used an Onare 'paper piercing' border on the bottom 'Old Olive' layer (from Ellen Hutson's online store) and then cut the border just outside the pierced area, which gave it a scalloped edge. After the floral background was stamped, I layered this piece onto a piece of 'almost amethyst and then added the gingham ribbon. For the corners of the black and old olive layers of main image, I used my SU Tag Punch.
