Step 1) Fold your white paper square from corner to corner and use the bone folder to crease along the fold. Open the paper.
Step 2) Fold the paper again, this time matching the other two corners and use the bone folder to crease along the fold. Open out the paper again.
Step 3) Turn the paper square over and fold the bottom edge to the top. Use the bone folder to crease along the fold and then open the paper back out (you have really just folded the paper in half)
Step 4) Turn the paper square back over again, place it on a flat surface and gently push the two sides inwards. They will automatically fold this way if your creases are firm and crisp. (it is now in the shape of a triangle)
Step 5) Fold one top outer corner into the center and crease well with the bone folder. Repeat for the other side.
Step 6) Open up the explosion a little and tuck in the points you have just folded. Provided you have creased the folds well this will be easy. Turn over and repeat
This will make the interior (explosion) it can be done in just about any size.
The outer card is using 12X6 inch paper. Folded at 4 3/8, 8 3/4 and 9 inches. This creates a flap with space for the card inside.
To attach interior use double sided tape along the top and bottom edges of the explosion.Remove the backing paper from the tape on the bottom edge and, with the point facing fowards the 4 3/8 fold, secure the explosion centrally lining it up along the 8 3/4 flod. Keep the explosion flat, remove the remaining backing paper and fold the top of the card pland over, trapping the explosion inside. Note that the point of the explosion will be about 3/8 inch away from the 4 3/8 fold. This ensures that when the card is open it's own weight does not cause the explosion to close in on itself.
I will attempt to take a picture of the instructions also..and post it for you.
