This was my first try at the shattered glass technique. It shows up better in real life, as most cards do!!! I used two layers of Ultra Thick Embossing Powder, using versamark over the image to hold the embossing powder in between heatings with the the heat gun. I used a bit of stickles on the black and white image to add a touch of colour. The black embossing powder in the background has some sparkle, It is an anniversary card for my BIL and SIL - hope it won't make them feel vintage!
Thanks for looking!

This is awesome! The cracked glass gives this wonderful image and even more vintage look. The subtle shading/coloring on the image is perfect. Your whole gallery is amazing.

Okay I found one! I have this stamp too and I'm really liking the shattered glass technique used with it! GREAT idea! LOVE it! BTW, I will PM you later . . . found out my DH has a business trip to Vancouver in July and I'm tagging along. I'll let you know where/when later. Maybe a link up is in our future! Wouldn't that be cool???

Very pretty card. I'm sure BIL and SIL loved it. I love the vintage look. The touches of color you added to the woman's dress are very nice. Great job.
