I saw this tutorial at Nancy's blog (http://stampinat6213.blogspot.com/20...-tutorial.html) and knew that I had to give it a try. I also CASE'd the layout of her card. Thanks, Nancy, for the inspiration! Check out her blog for complete instructions. She did a great job of explaining every step.
As far as the center flower goes, I cut it from a scrap of Romani paper and outlined parts of it with my Quickie Glue Pen. Before the glue dried, I spread Dazzling Diamonds on it, so it really shines.
I stamped the tag by coloring the stamp with my markers, huffed and then stamped. I hand cut the tag, mounted it on a scrap of Real Red cs and used a glue dot to secure the grosgrain ribbon. The tag and center flower are attached with dimensionals.
