Well, after I got the card finished I realized that the challenge called for 2 or fewer embellishments, and I used 3. I added glitter to the center of the flowers at the last minute. I hope it still sorta qualifies.
The "grass" on the card is the plastic grass garnish that you get with sushi. I've been wanting to use it on a card, and this challenge gave me the perfect opportunity.
*Update: I just noticed that the scanner changed the color of my hot pink cardstock to a purple. The card is hot pink, as is the first layer under the flowers. The second layer is the color that it looks like in the pic. So actually, IRL the card is much brighter. Funny how technology works, huh?

Clever, clever, clever use of the grass. It is so funny what we will save up to use for just the right thing. Recently I used a piece of blue plastic net that my garlic came in to make a little beach bag. Hey....who says it all has to come from the craft stores??? By the way...sorry I got carried away on accessories. I love your use of the sentiments as stems with your flowers.
